new start up human resource offices at two organizations.
One was for an international private sector hospitality service
corporation, located on a university campus.
The other was for a non-profit regional center under contract to the
State of California serving a 10 county area with multiple branch offices.
- Completed
comprehensive two-year reorganization work plan ahead of schedule for the
human resource division for a mid-sized city government.
This included modernizing the recruitment process, file management
system, and establishing or revising polices and procedures.
- Established
or revised safety programs including: policies;
procedures; OSHA compliance binders; ergonomic standards; training programs
and lead safety committees
- Negotiated
new labor MOU’s /Collective Bargaining Agreements for city government and
for a State contracted regional center.
Represented management on contracts for SEIU, Police and Fire unions,
and an independent miscellaneous employee bargaining unit.
